      Mr Ludlow has been engaged in the oyster fishing at Yakee Bay & River in front of Sillets Reserve Oregon. He is now ordered away by indian agent Simpson he stating that he has rented the privelege to another party for one thousand dollars a year five years. Has he the right so to do, Mr. Ludlow requests me to telegh the above–
